Shipping and local pickup

  • PRODUCTION TIME: Because all products are made to order, yours will be shipped within 5 business days since ordered. If you need the product before this time frame, please contact me with your inquiries in advance.​ I'll be more than happy to accomodate my schedule for you if it's possible.

  • DELIVERY: Shipping time is independent of my own processing time. I will provide and estimate based on the carrier's policies but ultimately delivery times are exclusive responsibility of the carrier.​ 

  • INTERNATIONAL: In the case of international shipping, you as the buyer are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays related to customs.

  • LOCAL PICKUP: If you live around the Bay Area, California, pickup is available in Richmond after 5 days since you ordered. You'll receive an email with instructions when the order is ready for pickup. 

  • COVID RESTRICTIONS: Due to covid there might be countries where international shipping is highly restricted. Please, review your country's restrictions before ordering. I will not refund any order outside of the US. I'm very sorry about this inconvenience.

Return & Refund

I gladly take returns in case the product you receive doesn't meet what you ordered or is damaged in origin (damage cause by the carrier is not included in this policy).

  • Contact me within 5 days of delivery and ship the product back to me within 10 days of delivery. You as the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs and I will not provide a shipping label.​

  • I'll issue a full refund after receiving the product if it's in its original condition. If the product doesn't return in its original condition, you as the buyer are responsible for any loss in value that could make the product unsaleable. This can result in a restocking fee of 20% to 50%​

  • Refunds apply only to the price of the product. There will not be shipping refunds.​

  • Refunds apply only to non-personalized products.​

  • International orders are not refundable.

All that said, any situation can be discussed. Let me know if you have a problem with your product and I'll do my best to solve any unsatisfactory situation.

  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes).
